These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to residential cleaning and related services provided by GoldSpark Cleaning LLC, doing business as GoldSpark Cleaning Services (“GoldSpark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms are intended to clearly explain our services, policies, and the responsibilities of both GoldSpark and our clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By approving a quote, electronically accepting a service agreement, scheduling or authorizing a service, or otherwise affirmatively authorizing GoldSpark to perform work at the property, the Client agrees to the applicable approved quote, service scope, Service Policies, and these Terms.

1. Services We Provide

GoldSpark provides professional residential cleaning services, including:

Recurring Maintenance Cleaning
One-Time Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Customized Partial Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Residential Post-Construction Cleaning
Optional Add-On Services

The exact rooms, areas, tasks, quantities, frequency, and add-ons included in a service are determined by the approved quote or service agreement.

A service or task that is not listed in the approved scope is not automatically included.

2. Service Scope

GoldSpark will perform the services described in the approved quote using reasonable professional cleaning practices appropriate for the selected service.

Our cleaning packages are designed for different property conditions and levels of detail. A maintenance cleaning, for example, is not intended to provide the same level of buildup removal or detail as a Deep Cleaning.

Requests for additional rooms, tasks, or services may be accommodated when scheduling and time allow and may require additional charges.

Substantial additional work outside the approved service scope will not intentionally be performed without Client authorization whenever reasonably practical.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are prepared using information reasonably available at the time of the estimate, including information provided by the Client and, when applicable, observations made during an on-site assessment.

Pricing may be affected by factors including:

property size and layout;
number and type of rooms;
occupancy;
pets;
property condition;
level of buildup;
accessibility;
service type and frequency;
requested add-ons; and
estimated labor requirements.

Clients are responsible for providing reasonably accurate and complete information regarding the property and requested services.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing and availability may be reviewed after that period.

4. Changes in Property Condition or Scope

If the actual property size, condition, buildup, accessibility, occupancy, or requested work differs significantly from what was originally described or observed, GoldSpark may recommend an adjustment to:

the service scope;
service level;
estimated labor time; or
price.

Whenever reasonably possible, the Client will be informed before substantial additional billable work is performed.

If the Client does not approve the adjustment, GoldSpark may complete only the work reasonably covered by the original approved scope or may decline or reschedule the affected portion when appropriate.

5. Pricing & Applicable Taxes

The Client is responsible for the approved service price, applicable taxes, approved additional services, and properly disclosed fees.

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be added when required by law.

Tax rates may vary based on the service location and applicable tax requirements.

Cleaning Products, Surfaces & Property Care

6. Professional Cleaning Products & Equipment

GoldSpark uses carefully selected professional cleaning products, microfiber systems, HEPA-filtered vacuuming when appropriate, and cleaning equipment suitable for residential services.

Products and cleaning methods are selected based on the surface, its apparent condition, and the service being performed.

GoldSpark may change products, tools, or cleaning methods when reasonably necessary to protect the property, Client, or cleaning team.

7. Delicate, Specialty & Newly Installed Surfaces

Clients must inform GoldSpark before service of surfaces, fixtures, furniture, or materials requiring special care or manufacturer-specific cleaning instructions.

Examples may include:

natural or unsealed stone;
specialty countertops;
specialty hardwood flooring;
newly painted or refinished surfaces;
custom cabinetry;
antiques or delicate furniture;
specialty metals;
damaged or deteriorated finishes; or
recently installed materials with curing or care requirements.

GoldSpark may decline to clean a surface when the appropriate method cannot reasonably be determined or when cleaning presents an unreasonable risk of damage.

8. Pre-Existing Conditions

Clients should notify GoldSpark of items or surfaces that are:

cracked, chipped, or broken;
loose or unstable;
improperly installed;
excessively worn;
peeling or deteriorating;
water damaged;
previously repaired; or
unusually delicate.

Normal cleaning may reveal deterioration, damage, or installation problems that were not readily visible beforehand.

GoldSpark is not responsible for deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, aging materials, improper installation, manufacturer defects, or undisclosed specialty-care requirements, except to the extent damage is caused by GoldSpark's negligence or misconduct.

9. Client-Supplied Products & Equipment

GoldSpark normally uses its own professional cleaning products and equipment.

If a Client requests the use of a Client-supplied cleaning product, it should be properly labeled, appropriate for the intended surface, and accompanied by any necessary manufacturer instructions.

GoldSpark may decline to use a product or equipment that appears unsafe, damaged, improperly labeled, incompatible with the surface, or outside our normal service capabilities.

GoldSpark is not responsible for adverse reactions or equipment failures caused by the characteristics or pre-existing condition of Client-supplied products or equipment, except to the extent damage results from negligent use by GoldSpark.

Health, Safety & Property Preparation

10. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose known conditions that could reasonably affect the health or safety of the cleaning team or the manner in which service should be performed.

GoldSpark may pause, modify, decline, or discontinue work when a condition creates a reasonable health or safety concern.

When practical, GoldSpark will communicate the concern and determine whether the affected area can be safely serviced.

11. Allergies, Sensitivities & Illness

Clients should notify GoldSpark before service of significant:

chemical sensitivities;
allergies requiring special cleaning considerations;
respiratory sensitivities;
contagious illnesses; or
other conditions that may affect the cleaning service.

Reasonable adjustments may be considered when requested in advance and when they can be performed safely.

GoldSpark does not guarantee an allergen-free, germ-free, or completely sanitized environment unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.

12. Biohazards & Hazardous Conditions

Standard residential cleaning does not include specialized biohazard cleanup or environmental remediation.

GoldSpark does not knowingly handle or remediate significant:

human blood or bodily fluids;
needles or sharps;
biological waste requiring specialized cleanup;
sewage contamination;
hazardous or unidentified chemicals;
hazardous construction materials;
illegal drug-related hazardous substances; or
other materials requiring specialized training, containment, protective equipment, or disposal.

If an excluded condition is discovered, GoldSpark may stop cleaning the affected area.

When the remainder of the property can be safely serviced, the presence of an excluded condition in one area does not necessarily require cancellation of the entire appointment.

13. Mold & Pest Conditions

GoldSpark provides residential cleaning and does not provide professional mold assessment, mold remediation, environmental remediation, or pest-control services.

If significant mold-like growth, moisture damage, an active pest infestation, or another condition requiring specialized treatment is discovered, GoldSpark may decline to clean the affected area.

GoldSpark does not inspect, test, diagnose, or certify whether a substance is mold or whether a property is free of mold.

14. Property Preparation & Clutter

Clients should provide reasonable access to the areas included in the service and secure fragile items, valuables, pets, and potential safety hazards before service.

GoldSpark does not require the property to be perfectly organized. However, excessive clutter may prevent access to surfaces and affect how much cleaning can reasonably be completed.

Unless Organization & Decluttering is included in the approved quote, GoldSpark is not responsible for extensive sorting, organizing, or relocating personal belongings.

GoldSpark may clean around inaccessible items, omit inaccessible areas, or offer additional labor when available.

Our team is not required to move excessively heavy furniture, appliances, or items that cannot be safely relocated.

15. Height & Accessibility

GoldSpark cleans only areas that can be accessed safely.

When limited-height access is needed, our team may use a two-step safety stool.

GoldSpark does not use extension ladders or perform work requiring roof access, high-rise access, unsafe climbing, or elevated exterior access outside our established safety limits.

16. Pets

GoldSpark is happy to work in homes with pets.

Clients should disclose pets and known behavioral or safety concerns.

Pets should be secured when they may:

interfere with cleaning;
become distressed;
attempt to escape;
behave aggressively; or
otherwise create a safety concern.

GoldSpark will exercise reasonable care when entering and leaving the property, but Clients remain responsible for appropriately securing pets.

Significant animal urine, feces, vomit, blood, or biological contamination requiring specialized cleanup is not included in standard residential cleaning.

17. Valuables, Fragile Items & Weapons

Clients are responsible for securing or identifying unusually valuable, fragile, sentimental, collectible, antique, or irreplaceable items before service.

Cash, jewelry, medications, important documents, and similar sensitive items should be secured.

GoldSpark may decline to move or clean an item when handling it presents an unreasonable risk of damage.

Firearms and other weapons must be safely secured and inaccessible to the cleaning team. GoldSpark team members will not handle, relocate, clean, or secure firearms or weapons.

Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

18. Scheduling & Arrival Times

Appointments are confirmed through GoldSpark's client-management system, email, text message, or another approved communication method.

GoldSpark makes reasonable efforts to arrive as scheduled; however, traffic, previous appointments, weather, staffing, emergencies, property conditions, and similar circumstances may occasionally affect arrival time.

When a significant delay occurs, GoldSpark will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client.

19. Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

Access may be provided through an agreed method, including:

the Client or authorized person being present;
unlocked entry;
key;
lockbox;
gate or door code; or
another approved access method.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that access instructions, keys, codes, gates, and alarms are accurate and functional.

20. Lockout / Unable to Access Property

If the cleaning team arrives for a confirmed appointment but cannot enter because access was not provided or the agreed access method does not work, a $50 access/lockout fee may apply.

GoldSpark will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client before leaving when practical.

The cleaning team is not required to remain at the property for an extended period while waiting for access.

If access becomes available late, the remaining service time may be affected.

21. Cancellation & Rescheduling

GoldSpark requests at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

The applicable fee may also apply when the Client cancels after our team has traveled to or arrived at the property.

GoldSpark may consider exceptional circumstances when reasonably appropriate.

Only one cancellation or lockout fee will ordinarily be assessed for the same missed appointment.

22. Recurring Schedule Changes

Recurring pricing is based in part on the agreed cleaning frequency.

If an appointment is skipped, postponed, or significantly delayed, additional buildup may require additional labor or an adjusted price at the next visit.

If the Client permanently changes to a less frequent schedule, the recurring price may be adjusted to the applicable frequency rate.

23. GoldSpark Rescheduling

GoldSpark may occasionally need to reschedule because of illness, severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, emergencies, staffing issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When this occurs, GoldSpark will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and offer another service date.

A cancellation or rescheduling initiated by GoldSpark will not result in a cancellation fee to the Client.

Payments & Invoices

24. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the approved quote or invoice, payment is due upon completion of service.

Invoices may be provided electronically through GoldSpark's client-management system, email, or another approved method.

The Client is responsible for reviewing the invoice and promptly notifying GoldSpark of questions regarding the amount charged.

25. Outstanding Balances

A past-due balance may need to be paid before future cleaning services are performed.

GoldSpark may pause recurring or future appointments when an account has an unresolved outstanding balance.

26. Declined & Returned Payments

An initial declined card authorization does not automatically result in a penalty. The Client will be asked to provide another valid payment method.

For an applicable returned or dishonored payment instrument, GoldSpark may charge a processing fee of up to $30 when permitted by law and properly disclosed.

GoldSpark does not currently impose a general late-payment fee unless a different arrangement has been clearly disclosed and agreed to in advance.

27. Deposits

Certain larger or specialty services may require a deposit before an appointment is reserved, including certain:

Deep Cleaning projects;
Move-In / Move-Out services;
Residential Post-Construction Cleaning projects; or
other labor-intensive services.

When a deposit is required, the amount, due date, and applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be stated in the quote or invoice before payment.

Damage, Breakage & Satisfaction

28. Accidental Damage or Breakage

GoldSpark takes reasonable care while working in the Client's property.

If GoldSpark becomes aware that an item may have been accidentally damaged during service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client promptly.

Clients who believe an item or surface was damaged during service should contact GoldSpark as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of discovering the concern.

A damage claim is separate from the

Satisfaction Guarantee.

29. Damage Documentation & Investigation

GoldSpark may reasonably request:

photographs;
a description of the concern;
information regarding the item's prior condition;
manufacturer or product information;
repair estimates; or
other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

GoldSpark may request an opportunity to inspect the item or area before repair, replacement, or disposal when reasonably practical.

Investigating a claim or assisting with a possible resolution does not by itself constitute an admission of responsibility.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, an agreed reimbursement, applicable insurance coverage, or another reasonable resolution.

30. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

If an area or task included in the approved service scope was missed or requires additional cleaning attention, the Client should notify GoldSpark within 24 hours of service completion.

When appropriate, GoldSpark will return to re-clean the specific reported area at no additional charge.

The re-clean guarantee applies to cleaning tasks that were:

included in the approved scope;
reasonably accessible; and
reasonably capable of being corrected through additional cleaning.

A qualifying re-clean addresses the reported concern and does not automatically constitute a complete repeat of the entire cleaning service.

31. Satisfaction Guarantee Limitations

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to results limited by:

permanent stains or discoloration;
mineral or hard-water damage;
etching or scratches;
deteriorated surfaces;
damaged grout or caulk;
excessive buildup outside the selected service level;
inaccessible areas;
pre-existing conditions;
excluded services;
restoration or repair needs; or
conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through standard cleaning.

It also does not apply to new messes, spills, pet hair, construction dust, occupancy-related conditions, or other changes occurring after the cleaning was completed.

GoldSpark's Satisfaction Guarantee is primarily a re-clean guarantee, not an automatic refund guarantee.

When a reasonable corrective re-clean can address the concern, the Client should provide GoldSpark a reasonable opportunity to perform it.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.

Service-Specific Terms

32. Recurring Maintenance Cleaning

Recurring Maintenance Cleaning is intended to maintain a property that has reached an appropriate cleaning baseline.

GoldSpark may require or recommend an Initial Deep Cleaning before recurring service begins.

Recurring cleaning may be scheduled Weekly, Biweekly, Every Three Weeks, or Monthly.

Recurring Maintenance Cleaning does not provide the same level of buildup removal or detailed corrective cleaning as a Deep Cleaning.

33. One-Time Cleaning

One-Time Cleaning is intended for generally maintained homes requiring professional cleaning on a single-visit basis.

It does not automatically include the additional detail work or buildup removal associated with a Deep Cleaning.

If actual conditions substantially exceed the One-Time Cleaning scope, GoldSpark may recommend an adjusted scope, additional labor, adjusted price, or Deep Cleaning service.

34. Deep Cleaning

Deep Cleaning is intended for homes requiring more detailed cleaning and buildup removal than routine maintenance.

The specific number of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other included areas will be listed in the approved quote.

GoldSpark may classify Deep Cleaning as:

Regular Deep Cleaning — accumulated dust and routine buildup requiring detailed cleaning beyond maintenance.

Moderate Buildup Deep Cleaning — noticeable grease, soap scum, dust, pet hair, grime, or other buildup requiring additional labor.

Very Dirty Condition Deep Cleaning — significant buildup requiring substantially greater time and intensive attention.

Deep Cleaning is a cleaning service and does not constitute restoration, repair, resurfacing, refinishing, or remediation.

Inside appliances, inside cabinets and drawers, detailed blinds, windows, organization, laundry, and other specialty services are not automatically included unless listed in the approved quote.

35. Customized Partial Cleaning

Customized Partial Cleaning allows Clients to select specific rooms, areas, or tasks.

Only the rooms, areas, and tasks specifically listed in the approved quote are included.

Areas not listed are not part of the scheduled service.

Pricing may depend on the number and type of areas, size, condition, buildup, requested tasks, and estimated labor.

36. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed to prepare a transitioning residence for an incoming or departing occupant.

The approved quote determines the specific areas and quantities included.

Pricing may be affected by whether the property is:

completely vacant;
partially furnished;
fully furnished; or
occupied or containing personal belongings.

If a quote was prepared based on a vacant property and substantial furniture or belongings remain, the scope, accessibility, labor requirements, or price may need to be adjusted.

Unless specifically listed in the quote, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning does not automatically include:

inside cabinets or drawers;
inside ovens;
inside refrigerators;
detailed blinds;
window cleaning;
packing or organization;
personal-property removal; or
large debris removal.

GoldSpark does not guarantee return of a security deposit or acceptance by a landlord, property manager, buyer, seller, inspector, or other third party.

Clients with specific third-party cleaning requirements should provide them before approval of the quote.

37. Residential Post-Construction Cleaning

Residential Post-Construction Cleaning focuses on removing loose construction dust, fine particles, and light loose debris from accessible residential surfaces following construction or renovation.

Cleaning methods may include HEPA-filtered vacuuming, microfiber dust removal, damp wiping, and appropriate floor cleaning.

GoldSpark may classify Post-Construction Cleaning as Light, Moderate, or Heavy according to the amount of construction dust, affected surface area, property condition, and estimated labor.

38. Post-Construction Exclusions

Unless separately evaluated, specifically quoted, and approved, GoldSpark does not provide specialized removal or remediation of:

extensive or hardened paint or paint overspray;
hardened adhesive or tape residue;
caulk or silicone;
grout haze;
cement or mortar;
hazardous materials;
mold remediation;
large construction debris;
construction waste requiring hauling; or
damaged building materials.

GoldSpark may decline residue removal when there is a reasonable risk of damaging the underlying surface or the task falls outside our normal service capabilities.

Construction work should be substantially completed before cleaning.

If contractors or trades continue working during or after the cleaning, GoldSpark is not responsible under the Satisfaction Guarantee for new dust or debris created afterward.

Fine construction dust may continue to settle following an initial cleaning. A separate Final Dust Follow-Up Visit may be recommended when appropriate.

Optional Add-On Services

39. Add-Ons

Optional add-ons are included only when listed in the approved quote.

Available services may include:

Inside Oven Cleaning
Inside Refrigerator Cleaning
Inside Cabinets & Drawers
Detailed Blinds Cleaning
Interior Window Cleaning
Accessible Exterior Window Cleaning
Laundry & Folding
Bed Making & Linen Change
Organization & Decluttering
Pantry Organization
Dishwashing
Minor Wall Spot Cleaning
other services expressly offered by GoldSpark

Fixed-price add-ons are generally based on reasonably standard service conditions.

Significantly heavier buildup or substantially different conditions may require additional labor or an adjusted price when properly communicated and approved.

Hourly services are billed according to the minimum service time and increments stated in the approved quote.

40. Cabinets, Drawers & Appliances

Cabinets and drawers must generally be completely empty when interior cleaning has been selected.

Removing, replacing, or organizing belongings is not automatically included.

Refrigerators should be emptied before interior cleaning unless another arrangement has been approved.

GoldSpark does not dismantle, disconnect, repair, or service appliances.

Inside Oven Cleaning does not guarantee removal of permanent staining, burned or etched surfaces, damaged coatings, or conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through cleaning.

41. Window Cleaning

Window cleaning is included only when specifically listed in the approved quote.

GoldSpark cleans windows that can be safely accessed from floor level or using our approved two-step safety stool.

We do not use extension ladders or provide high-rise, roof-access, or second-story exterior window cleaning requiring elevated access.

Standard window cleaning does not include restoration of:

permanent mineral or hard-water damage;
glass etching;
scratches;
damaged glass;
extensive paint;
hardened construction residue;
damaged screens; or
severely deteriorated tracks or frames.

42. Detailed Blinds Cleaning

Routine light dusting of accessible blinds may be included in applicable cleaning packages.

Detailed hand-cleaning of individual blind surfaces or slats is a separate add-on.

GoldSpark may decline detailed cleaning of blinds that are aged, brittle, sun-damaged, loose, unstable, or otherwise at unreasonable risk of breakage.

43. Household Assistance Add-Ons

Laundry & Folding, Bed Making & Linen Change, Dishwashing, Organization & Decluttering, Pantry Organization, and similar services are included only when listed in the approved quote.

Laundry & Folding does not automatically include stain treatment, ironing, dry cleaning, clothing repair, or closet organization.

Bed Making & Linen Change requires clean linens supplied by the Client.

Organization services do not include disposal of Client property without authorization.

44. Minor Wall Spot Cleaning

Minor Wall Spot Cleaning is intended for light fingerprints, scuffs, and minor surface marks.

Results depend on paint type, finish, age, condition, and the nature of the mark.

GoldSpark may test a small area and may stop cleaning if paint transfers, fades, peels, or reacts unexpectedly.

Unless specifically quoted, this service does not include full wall washing, painting, touch-ups, drywall repair, restoration, or permanent stain removal.

Cleaning Team & Service Relationship

45. Cleaning Team Assignments

Services may be performed by one or more authorized GoldSpark team members depending on service scope, scheduling, and labor requirements.

A specific cleaner is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

GoldSpark may assign, substitute, add, or reduce team members as reasonably necessary.

GoldSpark remains the Client's primary contact regarding scheduling, pricing, scope changes, payments, and service concerns.

46. Requests to Team Members

Clients may communicate reasonable cleaning preferences to the team.

However, requests that materially change the approved scope or price should be authorized through GoldSpark.

Individual team members are not authorized to independently negotiate private cleaning arrangements, discounts, alternate recurring schedules, or material pricing changes outside GoldSpark.

47. Non-Solicitation

During the Client's relationship with GoldSpark and for 12 months following the Client's last GoldSpark service, the Client agrees not to knowingly solicit or directly engage for private cleaning services a GoldSpark team member who personally serviced the Client's property or was introduced to the Client through GoldSpark, without GoldSpark's prior written approval.

This provision is intended only to protect Client and team relationships established through GoldSpark and does not prohibit ordinary social interaction, general employment advertising not directed specifically to a GoldSpark team member, or relationships clearly existing before introduction through GoldSpark.

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

GoldSpark does not impose an automatic monetary penalty solely because of an alleged violation of this provision.

48. Respectful & Safe Environment

Clients, household members, guests, contractors, and GoldSpark team members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.

GoldSpark may pause or discontinue service because of:

threats or intimidation;
harassment;
sexually inappropriate conduct;
abusive or aggressive behavior;
discriminatory harassment;
intentional interference with the team's work; or
other conduct creating an unsafe or seriously inappropriate environment.

Team members are not required to remain in a situation they reasonably believe is unsafe.

49. Right to Refuse, Pause or Discontinue Service

GoldSpark may reasonably refuse, pause, modify, reschedule, or discontinue service because of circumstances including:

unsafe working conditions;
undisclosed hazards;
materially inaccurate property information;
services outside GoldSpark's capabilities;
inability to access the property;
inappropriate conduct;
unresolved past-due balances;
repeated late cancellations or lockouts; or
repeated material violations of GoldSpark policies.

When practical, GoldSpark will communicate the reason and determine whether the issue can be corrected.

Either GoldSpark or the Client may discontinue future recurring cleaning services.

Completed services, outstanding balances, and properly applicable fees remain due.

If service must end after work has begun because of a material condition within the Client's reasonable control, the Client remains responsible for work already performed and approved additional work already completed.

Privacy, Access Information & Documentation

50. Client Information

GoldSpark may collect and maintain information reasonably necessary to provide and administer services, including:

Client contact information;
service address;
property details;
scheduling information;
access instructions;
quotes and service records;
invoices and payment-related records;
service communications; and
reasonable service documentation.

Information is used primarily for legitimate business purposes related to providing, administering, improving, and documenting GoldSpark services.

51. Keys, Codes & Security Information

When a Client provides a key, gate code, door code, lockbox combination, alarm instruction, or other access information, GoldSpark may use it as reasonably necessary for authorized services.

Clients must notify GoldSpark when access information changes.

GoldSpark will make reasonable efforts to limit access information to persons who need it for authorized service.

If GoldSpark accepts physical possession of a Client's key, reasonable care will be used in storing and handling it.

52. Cameras & Recording Devices

GoldSpark understands that Clients may use security cameras or other monitoring devices in and around their property.

Recording devices should not be located in areas where cleaning team members would reasonably expect a high degree of personal privacy, such as bathrooms or private changing areas.

GoldSpark may discontinue service if a recording arrangement creates an unreasonable privacy or safety concern.

53. Service Photographs

GoldSpark may take reasonable photographs when necessary for legitimate service-related purposes, including:

preparing or verifying an estimate;
documenting property condition;
documenting significant buildup;
confirming completed work;
documenting pre-existing or possible damage; or
addressing a service concern.

When practical, photographs will focus on the relevant area and avoid unnecessary capture of sensitive personal information.

54. Marketing Photographs

Service photographs are not automatically authorized for public advertising or social-media use.

GoldSpark will obtain separate Client permission before intentionally using identifiable photographs or videos of the Client's property for public marketing.

Declining marketing-photo permission will not affect eligibility for cleaning services.

Electronic Communications & Legal Terms

55. Electronic Communications & Records

GoldSpark may conduct service-related transactions electronically, including requests, quotes, approvals, scheduling, confirmations, invoices, receipts, service forms, and communications.

Where GoldSpark provides an affirmative electronic approval process, the Client's electronic approval may be used to document acceptance of the applicable quote and Terms.

Simply visiting GoldSpark's website or reading these Terms does not by itself create a cleaning service agreement.

56. Third-Party Business Platforms

GoldSpark may use reputable third-party service providers for ordinary business functions such as:

client management;
scheduling;
quoting;
invoicing;
payment processing;
email and text communications; and
website services.

Information reasonably necessary to provide these functions may be processed through those service providers according to their applicable systems, policies, and terms.

57. Changes to These Terms

GoldSpark may update these Terms from time to time to reflect reasonable changes in services, business operations, policies, technology, or applicable requirements.

The Effective Date will be updated when appropriate.

Material changes will generally apply prospectively to future services rather than retroactively changing a completed service.

58. Relationship Between Quote, Policies & Terms

The Client's service agreement may include:

the approved quote or service agreement;
the specific service scope and selected add-ons;
applicable Service Policies; and
these Terms of Service.

These documents should be read together.

If a specific written provision in an approved quote differs from a general provision in these Terms, the specific quote provision will control for that particular service unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Informal requests do not automatically modify written pricing or the approved service scope.

59. Courtesy Exceptions

GoldSpark may occasionally waive a fee, accommodate a scheduling request, provide additional time, or perform a courtesy task.

A one-time courtesy or exception does not permanently change these Terms or require GoldSpark to provide the same exception in the future.

60. Good-Faith Resolution of Concerns

GoldSpark encourages Clients to contact us promptly regarding concerns so that we have an opportunity to understand and reasonably address the issue.

When practical, GoldSpark and the Client are encouraged to attempt to resolve disagreements through direct, good-faith communication.

Nothing in this provision prevents either party from exercising legal rights or remedies available under applicable law.

61. Governing Law

These Terms and the applicable service relationship are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Any legal proceeding must be brought before a court or other forum having proper jurisdiction and venue under applicable law.

62. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined by an authority with proper jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or interpreted to the extent reasonably permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent they can reasonably operate independently.

63. Entire Service Agreement

The approved quote, applicable service scope, Service Policies, approved written modifications, and these Terms constitute the agreement regarding the applicable cleaning service.

Expectations or requests not included in the approved agreement do not automatically become part of the service scope.

Nothing prevents GoldSpark and the Client from mutually approving reasonable changes to a service.

Client Acknowledgment

By approving a quote or otherwise affirmatively authorizing GoldSpark Cleaning Services to perform the requested service, the Client acknowledges having access to these Terms and agrees to the applicable approved service scope, pricing, Service Policies, and Terms.
